up and coming pride campaigns.

Pride London is about to launch a new set of innovative and ground breaking campaigns, that aim to reconnect the LGBT Community to the core of Pride Londons activity - campaigning and activism!

Plans are afoot to reinvent Pride as "partying with purpose" and we need creative, innovative and committed individuals to help make our big plans a reality.

Over half a million people enjoy our festival every July. But Pride London's work doesnt just stop after the Parties are over, and the wine glasses are empty.  Pride London works all year round working, lobbying and campaigning to increase the rights of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Trans people around the World.

In 2007, Pride London collaborated with Riga Pride, demonstrating how far the LGBT rights cause must still go in some countries, and the homophobia that people often encounter when trying to organize LGBT events.

Another of our recent collaborations has been with Orange nightclub. Together we have helped to raise awareness on the London club scene of the dangers of substances such as GHB.

Thanks to Pride London, safer sex materials are also available across central London. These are easily accessible, and are part of our campaign to promote safe sex and wellbeing in the LGBT community.

It is with the help of our volunteers, and the funds we receive from donations that these campaigns are allowed to take place. A registered charity, Pride London relies upon these as a means to offer services and support to the LGBT community in London. You can help us by donating or volunteering.

what next?

With the help of our sponsors and donors, we hope to continue campaigning over the coming years, helping to provide safer sex materials to LGBT Londoners at no cost, and helping the LGBT community to thrive in the world's greatest city. We also hope to rub off some of this magic onto LGBT communities elsewhere in the world, by collaborating with smaller Pride events which experience hostility. In these collaborations, we will aim to promote Pride across the world. We also have other exciting campaigns lined up, more details of which will be announced when the Pride season kicks off later this year.
