Pride London was voted Best Event 2009 in the Seen Queen Awards. Thank you to everyone who voted, thank you to everyone who came to Pride London 2009 and a massive thanks to all our volunteers who make the event possible.
 
Pride London came 4th in the overall list and this is what Seen Queen had to say about the voting:
 
Pride London must have done something right in 2009 to come within the TOP 5 OVERALL and to win THE BEST EVENT OF 2009. Last year Pride London came 12th overall and was 6th most popular EVENT. In 2009 Pride London took over the capital with a street parade, a multitude of stages and entertainment areas scattered around the city and followed on by a large selection of after parties Whatever they did in 2009, keep doing it 2010 because London's gAylisters loved it!

We plan to make this year bigger and better. The theme is 'Paint the Town Ruby Red: Celebrating 40 Years of the Gay Liberation Front'.
