Tackling Transphobia and Homophobia For Pride London hosted by Julian Bennett.Shadow Lounge: March 12th 2010 at 8pm "I am hosting an evening on the 12th March at the Shadow lounge from 8pm onwards to celebrate Kristian Digby life. We will be having the wonderful Mizz Kimberley singing in the evening and also raising money for the pride London campaign 'Tackling Transphobia and Homophobia' - all funds raised there will go towards this."

Julian is now an Ambassador for Pride London fronting the campaigns Tackling Transphobia and homophobia and also Love without Borders. Julian has over the years had first hand experience of homophobic abuse in the UK and Kenya. He is a recognised TV personality Pride London feels he is best placed to front this campaign.
Julian is a long establish TV & Radio presenter having been on such programs as Queer Eye for the Straight Guy UK , Jules and Lulu Show and a DJ on Gaydar Radio. He also currently presents the BBC Three’s Help! My Dog's as Fat as Me.
Over the next few months he will be doing a number of high profile events that will raise the profile of hate Crime reporting and the rise of Homophobia and Transphobic incidents in the UK but especially London . As an ambassador for Pride he will use his notoriety to explore as well as highlight the issues, he will be the face of this campaign and will work very closely with Pride London Community Committee to develop this role.
